Homemade Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

• 1 cup chopped onion
• 3 cloves garlic minced
• 1/2 cup chopped parsley
• 2 teaspoon sugar
• 2 teaspoon dried basil
• 1 1/2 salt
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• 2 teaspoons ital seasoning
• 1/4 teaspoon pepper
• 1 lb mild/sweet ital sausage
• 1 lb ground beef
• 2 large cans hunts tomato sauce
• 2 large cans hunts puree
• 2 cans hunts special
• 1 small can hunts tomato paste
• pasta

Preparation

Step 1

Boil sausage, cut into bite size pieces and bake in 400 degree oven for 5 min, or until brown.

Brown ground beef and drain fat.

Heat olive oil and saute onion, garlic, parsley. Add all of the tomato sauces in large pan. Add onion mixture. Add beef, ital sausage and seasonings to tomato sauce. Simmer for a few hours.

Serve with pasta.
