Ingredients
- 1/2 cup liquid smoke
- 1/4 cup worchestershire sauce
- 1 onion sliced
- white pepper
- garlic powder
- rack of ribs
- BBQ sauce
Preparation
Step 1
Put liquid smoke, worchestershire sauce in a pan. Place ribs on top. Fill pan with water, cover ribs 3/4 way. Cover ribs and back in a 350 degree oven for 2 1/2 hours.
Take ribs out of juice and place on a plate. Immediately place ribs in frig for at least 20 minutes to set.
Grill and add BBQ sauce.
