Ingredients
- 4 whole bay leaves
- 2 t rosemary
- 1 t dried basil
- 1 t oregano
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 cayenne pepper
- 1 T paprika
- 1 t black pepper
- 2 sticks unsalted butter
- 1 c canola oil
- 2 t fresh lemon juice
- 2 t minced garlic
- 2 lbs shrimp in shell 21-25 lb
- hard crusted bread

Preparation
Step 1
combine ll spices in a spice grinder buzz into fine owder. Melt butter with oil in saucepan. Add spices, garlic, and lemon juice. Cook over med heat till boiling. Reduce heat to low and cook 5 mins. Pull from heat and let stand at room temp.Add shrimp and put pan back on burner. Cook until shrimp are pink. Serve with bread.
