Ingredients
- 2 (8oz) containers plain yogurt
- 2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and diced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 3 cloves of garlic, peeled (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
In a food processor or blender (or MAGIC BULLET!!), combine all ingrediencts until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour for best flavor.
