Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 (8oz) containers plain yogurt
  • 2 cucumbers, peeled, seeded and diced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 lemon, juiced
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
  • 3 cloves of garlic, peeled (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

In a food processor or blender (or MAGIC BULLET!!), combine all ingrediencts until well combined. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour for best flavor.
