7 Minute Mocha Frosting

Ingredients

  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. light corn syrup
  • 2 egg whites
  • 3 Tbsp strong coffee
  • 1/8 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Place in double boiler & beat with rotary beater for 7 minutes until frosting holds its shape.

Blend in 1 tsp vanilla & frost cake.
