Ingredients
- 1 tbsp. flour
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 12 large marshmallows
- 1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped
Preparation
Step 1
Combine flour and sugar in a small saucepan; gradually add pineapple juice, mixing thoroughly. Add egg, stirring well. Place over low heat; cook, stirring constantly, until thickened. Add marshmallows, and stir until melted.
Remove mixture from heat, and cool completely. Fold in whipped cream. Serve over fresh fruit.
Yield: about 3 cups
