Ingredients

  • 1/4 C lime juice
  • 6 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tsp chili powder
  • 4 tsp canola oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 beef flank steaks (1LB each)

Preparation

Step 1

Instructions:
in lg. resealable plastic bag, combine 1st 7 ingredients
add beef
seal bag & turn to coat
refrig for 4 hrs or overnight

drain & discard marinade
coat grill rack w/ cooking spray before starting grill
grill beef, covered, over med. heat for 5-7 min on each side

let stand for 5 min
thinly slice across grain
