Ingredients
- 1 pound 3/4 inch thick fish steaks
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 lemon
Preparation
Step 1
Heat gas grill for direct heat.
Cut fish into 4 serving pieces. Sprinkle both sides of fish with salt and pepper. Drizzle lemon juice over both sides of fish. Brush both sides with olive oil.
Cover and grill fish over medium heat for ten to 14 minutes until fish flakes easily with fork.
