  • 1 can pumpkin (15 oz.)
  • 1 cup Evaporated milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • Betty Crocker Super Moist Butter Yellow Ca -- ke Mix
  • 2 sticks butter -- melted

Preparation

Step 1

Stir together first 5 ingredients. Pour into lightly greased 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle cake mix evenly over pumpkin mixture. Sprinkle evenly with pecans. Drizzle butter evenly over pecans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 5 minutes until golden brown. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Serve warm or at room temperture with whipped cream if desired. Sprinkle with nutmeg if desired.
