Ingredients
- 16 small new potatoes
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup green onions chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons dill weed dried
- Salt to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Clean the potatoes. Boil potatoes for 20 minutes or until tender.
Drain and cool potatoes for 20 minutes.
Cut potatoes into fourths and mix with olive oil, onions and spices.
Refrigerate and serve.
