    bone-in center cut pork chops

  • 1

    T. oil

  • 3

    slices of bread, cut into cubes

  • 2-3

    T. chopped onion

  • 1/4

    cup melted butter

  • 2

    T. water

  • 1/4

    tsp. poultry seasoning

  • 1

    can mushroom soup

  • 1/3

    cup water

Directions

Brown pork chops and place in 2 qt.baking dish. Lightly mix together bread, onion, butter, 2 T. water and poultry seasoning. Place a mound of stuffing on top of each chop. Blend soup and water; pour over chops. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour at 350.
