Ingredients
- Biscuits:
- 2 1/2 cups biscuit mix
- 4 TBS cold butter
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, heaping
- Topping:
- 2 TBS butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp dried parsley flakes
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Pinch of salt

Step 1
1) Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
2) Place biscuit mix and cold butter in a large bowl. Using a pastry cutter or two knives, cut butter into biscuit mix until they are about pea sized. Add milk, garlic and cheese and mix to combine.
3) Drop by 1/4 cup onto an ungreased baking pan and cook in preheated oven 15 to 17 mins or until golden brown. As soon as they have been removed from oven, brush the tops with the topping mix.
Topping:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and brush all mixture over the top of hot biscuits as soon as they come out of the oven.
