Low Cholesterol Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice or vinegar
  • 1/4 tablespoons paprika
  • 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1 teaspoon sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients and beat. Refrigerate in covered jar. Shake well before use. May add dill, onion, garlic or marjoram.

Yields 3/4 Cup.
