Ingredients
- 2 c diced, cooked chicken
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 c chopped celery
- 1 c white seedless grapes
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1/4 c pickle relish
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 1/4 c silvered, blanched almonds, toasted
Preparation
Step 1
Sprinkle chicken with lemon juice and salt; chill. Add celery, grapes, eggs, pickle relish, mayonnaise and almonds; toss lightly. Serve on lettuce. Serves 4.
