Thai dipping sauce

Great with spring rolls.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 4 kaffir lime leaves
  • 1 Tbsp Nama Shoyu
  • 2 Thai red chilies
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup water

Preparation

Step 1

Blend until smooth. Keeps 4 days in the fridge.
