Ingredients
- 8 small boneless skinless chicken thighs
- 3 T. flour
- 1/3 c. orange marmalade
- 1/3 c. BBQ sauce
- 2 T. soy sauce
- 1 T. fresh ginger, grated
Preparation
Step 1
Toss chicken with flour in slow cooker. Stir in remaining ingredients and cover with lid. Cook on low 6-8 hours or on high 3-4 hours.
Serve over hot rice with steamed green beans.
