- 1 package yellow cake mix
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 cup coconut
- fresh peaches
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1 cup sour cream

Step 1
Mix first 3 ingredients like a pie crust. Put in an ungreased 9 x 13 cake pan, bake 10 minutes at 350. Arrange fresh peaches on crust, sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar mixed with 1 t. cinnamon. Mix 1 egg with 1 cup sour cream, spread over peaches. Bake 25 minutes at 350.
