Ricotta “Cheese”

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almonds, soaked for 8 hours
  • 1/2 cup raw cashews
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt
  • 2 cloves garlic

Preparation

Step 1

1. Put all ingredients in a food processor or blender and process/blend until smooth and thick.
2. Put mixture in a glass bowl and cover with a clean cloth.
