Ingredients

  • 7/8 cup Water
  • 3 tablespoons Saco Buttermilk Powder
  • 2 cups Bread flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Blue cheese -- crumbled
  • 1 tablespoon Butter/margarine
  • 1/4 cup Parsley -- chopped
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Yeast
