Ingredients
- 1 ¾ cups Graham cracker crumbs
- 2 ½ cups Confectionary sugar
- 2 sticks Butter
- 1 cup Peanut butter
- 1 bag Milk chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
1. Mix graham cracker crumbs and confectioners sugar in a bowl.
2. Melt butter and peanut butter in saucepan over low heat until smooth and mixed. Pour into the graham cracker crumbs / confectioners sugar mixture. Mix will be grainy.
3. Spread onto a cookie sheet (one with sides) and press with fingers into an even layer.
4. Melt chocolate chips and spread over peanut butter mixture.
5. Cut into squares and refrigerate.
6. Serve
