  • 3

    boneless chicken breasts

  • 8

    oz sour cream

  • ½

    cup chicken broth

  • 1

    cup mozzarella cheese

  • 4-6

    cups of brown rice


Cook the chicken on the stove with your favorite seasoning. Cook until the chicken is cooked through. Once the chicken is cooked shred or cut it into small pieces. Make your rice. Put chicken in the rice, along with the sour cream and chicken broth. Mix all of this together. Add some more of your favorite seasoning to the entire mixture. Pour all of this in a casserole dish and top with the mozzarella cheese. Bake for about 20 minutes.
