Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 2 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened
- 1 Tbsp grated Parmesan
- 1/2 tsp each dried oregano, dried thyme, and red pepper flakes
- 2 tsp minced garlic
- Salt to taste
- 1 baguette, halved horizontally
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat grill to high. Brush grill grate with oil.
Stir together parsley, butter, Parmesan, oregano, thyme, pepper flakes, garlic, and salt in a bowl.
Spread butter over cut sides of baguette, then grill, buttered side down, uncovered, until toasted, 1-2 minutes.
