Ingredients
- 2 lb. sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into steak fry sized pieces
- 1 1/2 T freshly minced garlic
- 1 1/2 tsp dried rosemary
- 2 tsp evoo
- 1/4 tsp salt

Step 1
Preheat oven to 450
In large glass bowl, toss sweet potatoes with garlic, rosemary, olive oil and salt. Arrange in single layer, not touching, on large nonstick baking sheet. Bake 15 minutes. Turn over, bake 10-15 more minutes.
