Cherry Cheesecake Bars
- 1 Cherry Chip Cake Mix
- 1/2 cup Butter (melted)
- 16 oz Fat free cream cheese
- 1 lb Rich & Creamy Cherry Frosting
- 3 Eggs
Heat oven to 325F. In large bowl, beat cake mix and butter with electric mixer on low speed until crumbly; reserve 1 cup. Press remaining crumbly mixture in bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 pan.
In same bowl, beat cream cheese and frosting on medium speed until smooth. Beat in egss until blended; pour over crust. Sprinklw with reserved crumbly mixture.
Bake about 45 minutes or until set. Cool completely, about 1 hour. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 6 rows. Store covered in refrigerator.
