    cup butter

  • 1/2

    cup brown sugar

  • 1/2

    cup rolled oats

    cup flour

    can(16 oz.) pumpkin

    eggs

    can (13 oz. evaporated milk

  • 3/4

    cup sugar

  • 1

    teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1/2

    teaspoon salt

  • 1/2

    teaspoon ginger

  • 1/4

    teaspoon cloves

  • TOPPING

  • 1/2

    cup brown sugar

  • 1/2

    cup chopped pecans

  • 2

    tablespoons butter

Directions

For crust, cream butter with sugar until fluffy. Add oats and flour; beat until blended. Press in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Bake 350 degrees for 15 minutes. For filling, beat pumpkin with eggs, using electric mixer. Add evaporated milk, sugar, and seasonings. Beat thoroly. Turn into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Blend topping ingredients, using fingertips; sprinkle over filling. Bake 15 minutes longer, or until firm.
