Banana-Nut-Corn Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs. (8 1/2 oz each) corn bread/muffin mix
  • 1 cup mashed rip bananas (about 2 medium)
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 cup 2% milk

Preparation

Step 1

In a bowl, combine all ingredients just until blended. Spoon into two greased 8x4 loaf pans.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

Cool for 10 minutes before removing from pans to wire racks to cool completely.
