Ingredients
- Peanut Butter Pie Filling:
- Peanut Butter Cookies: (made 24 small cookies, and the crust for one pie)
- 1 and 3/4 cups or 1 16 ounce jar of sugar free peanut butter
- 3/4 cup of splenda
- 3/4 cup of brown sugar sweetener
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 8 ounces of softened cream cheese
- 1/3 cup of sugar free peanut butter
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 8 drops of liquid splenda
Preparation
Step 1
Mix crust ingredients and press into pie pan. Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.
Mix the filling together in the bowl. It will not be smooth. Spread on top of the pie cookie crust. I crumbled one PB cookie over the top. Refrigerate.
