Ingredients
- 2/3 c double cream
- 1/4 c butter
- 1/4 c vanilla sugar
- 6 oz plan chocolate chopped
- 2 T brandy
Preparation
Step 1
Heat cream with butter and sugar in double boiler til smooth. Then leave to cool. Add chocolate to cream mixture. Stir over simmering water until melted and combined. Stir in brandy little at time & cool to room temp
