Ingredients
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 3/4 cups all purpose flour
- 3/4 cup Hershey's Cocoa
- 1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 cup milk( 1% is good to use)
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1 cup boiling water
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour two 9 inch round baking pans( I use Baker's joy)
2. Combine all dry ingredients in a mix master. Add eggs, milk, vegetable oil and vanilla, beat on medium speed for 2 minutes. Stir in boiled water
( Batter will be thin). Pour into pans
3.Bake 30 -35 minutes or until wooden toothpick comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes;remove from pans to wire rack. Cool completely. Frost with Fluffy white Icing and Refrigerate til serving. Refrigerate any remaining cake after serving
