Ingredients
- 3 packages (7.5oz., each) buttermilk biscuits
- 1 and 1/2 cups thick and chunky salsa, divided
- 12 oz. (3cups) shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 1/3 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/3 cup green onions with tops, chopped
- 1/3 cup pitted ripe olives, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
Preparation
Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray 9x13 pan with cooking spray. Cut biscuits into quarters. in a large bowl, combine biscuits, 1 cup of the salsa and 2 cups of the cheddar cheese.
2. Chop bell pepper and onions. Press garlic. Add vegetables, olives and garlic to biscuit mixture; mix well.
3. Spoon biscuit mixute into pan. poir remaining salsa over top of biscuits. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
