Lemon-Horseradish Dip

  • 1 cup  plain low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons  prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon  grated lemon zest
  • kosher salt and black pepper
  • beet chips or some other vegetable chips, for serving (optional)

In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, horseradish, lemon zest, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper. Serve with chips,
