Ingredients
- 2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce elderflower liqueur
- 1 ounce simple syrup
- 1 ounce lemon juice
- Dry champagne, for topping off
- Twist of lemon, for garnish
Preparation
Step 1
1. Pour the vodka, elderflower liqueur, simple syrup, and lemon juice into an ice-filled cocktail
shaker and give it a good shake.
2. Pour into martini glasses, top with champagne and serve with a
lemon twist.
