Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 limes
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 " piece ginger root, peeled and minced
- 1 tbsp fresh mint chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Grate the zest from the limes, and squeeze them for their juice. Combine all ingredients.
Marinate chicken or pork for one hour before grilling.
