Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 3 1/2 C red sauce
  • 1 box lasagna noodles, cooked and seperated on wax paper
  • 4 C ricotta cheese
  • 2 C shredded mozarella cheese
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 T chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • grated parm cheese

Preparation

Step 1

Mix moz and ricotta cheeses, eggs, parsley, salt and pepper for filling. Pour 1/2 C red sauce on bottom of 13x9 pan. Lay 4 pieces of lasagna over sauce. Spread 1/3 of the cheese mix over and cover w/ 1 C red sauce. Repeat layers of lasagna, cheese mix and sauce 2 more times Top w/ layer of lasagna and remaining sauce. Sprinkle w/ parm cheese and bake covered @ 350 for 30 mins.
You can freeze before baking.
