Ingredients
- BROWNIES:
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 3/4 cup cocoa
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup chopped English walnuts, optional
- FROSTING:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
Preparation
Step 1
BROWNIES: Melt butter. Add oil, sugar, eggs, and vanilla; stir. Add flour and cocoa. Add nuts last. Bake at 350 degrees in 9"x13" pan for 30 minutes.
FROSTING: Combine butter, sugar and milk together. Bring to rolling boil. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and chocolate chips. Beat until spreadable.
