Ingredients
- 400 milliliters whole milk
- 500 grams plain yogurt
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 can condensed milk - use according to sweetness
- 1 teaspoon orange food color (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Pour milk in a saucepan and boil on low heat, being careful not to burn it.
Once boiled, allow milk to cool to luke warm.
Add yogurt and evaporated milk.
Add condensed milk depending on sweetness.
Mix well, tasting for sweetness.
Add orange food coloring, while preheating oven to 200 degrees.
Pour mixture in dish, place on lower oven shelf, and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Switch off oven, but let the mixture sit in the warm oven for a couple of hours until it sets.
Can be done overnight.
Before serving, put dish in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
