Ingredients
- Grind:
- 2 qts. Green tomatoes
- 4 medium size onions
- 4 cups celery
- Sprinkle ½ cup salt over and let stand over night.

Drain well
Mix 3 cups vinegar, 3 cups sugar and ½ cup mustard seed. Stir until sugar is dissolved, add drained vegetables and mix well. Pack into sterilized jars and seal.
