Whiskey Summer Mixers

Ingredients

• For The Hasselhoff:
• 1 ounce Jack Daniels whiskey
• 1 ounce Killepitsch
• 1/2 ounce lime juice
• 2-3 ounces tonic
• For Awry One:
• 1 1/2 ounces rye whiskey
• 1/2 ounce Luxardo Bitter (or Campari)
• 1/2 ounce lemon juice
• 1/4 ounce simple syrup
• 2 dashes orange bitters
• Mint sprig
• For Henry Miller:
• 3 strawberries
• 2 ounces bourbon
• 3/4 ounce sweet vermouth (preferably Carpano Antica)
• 3/4 ounce simple syrup
• 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
• 3-4 dashes Angostura bitters
• 1 ounce soda

Preparation

Step 1

For The Hasselhoff:
Pour first three ingredients into a Collins glass with ice and stir. Top with tonic.

For Awry One:
Shake liquid ingredients with ice and double strain into a coupe. Garnish with mint.

For Henry Miller:
Muddle 2 strawberries in shaker. Add remaining ingredients (except soda) and shake with ice. Strain into a Collins glass over ice. Top with soda. Garnish with remaining strawberry.
