Ingredients
- 2 heads cauliflower
- 2 bunch celery
- green peppers
- carrots
- onions
- 2 pints vinegar
- 2 pints water
- 2 C. sugar
- 6 Tbsp salt
Preparation
Step 1
Cut up vegetables. Soak in ice water one hour. Put into boiling water 2 minutes.
Boil remaining ingredients. Pour over drained vegetables. Cool. Keep in fridge.
