Cheese Snack Rounds

  • 4 4-oz. cans cheese spread, sharp
  • 1/2 - cup Bisquick
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds, toasted

Preparation

Step 1

Mix cheese spread and Bisquick baking mix. Shape into roll, about 1 inch in diameter, on lightly floured board. Roll in sesame seeds, pressing lightly if necessary. Wrap and refrigerate until firm, at least 2 hours.
Heat oven to 375 degrees. Cut roll into ¼-inch slices. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake until golden brown, 8-10 minutes.
