Ingredients

  • 8 oz semi sweet chocolate
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 5 tbsp sour cream
  • 3/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips

Step 1

Melt semisweet chocolate and butter together in a double boiler over warm water. Let cool slightly. In a large bowl whisk together eggs, brown sugar, and vanilla until just blended. Add melted butter and chocolate and blend again. Blend in sour cream, then add flour and baking powder until just incorporated. Finish with chocolate chips. Pour into greased 8x8 pan and bake in 350F oven for 20-25 minutes.
