Spanish Green Herb Sauce

Ingredients

  • 2 medium cloves garlic, peeled
  • 1/2 cup packed fresh cilantro leaves
  • 1/2 cup packed fresh parsley leaves
  • 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice from 1 small lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon table salt

Process first six sauce ingredients in workbowl of food processor or blender, scraping down sides of bowl as needed, until sauce is smooth.
