Ingredients
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup molasses
- 1 1/2 cup flour
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 27 oz jar mincemeat
Preparation
Step 1
Combine sugar, molasses, flour, oats, and salt in large bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press half the mixture into greased 9" pan. Spoon mincemeat over top. Crumble remaining mixture evenly over mincemeat. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool completely on wire rack before cutting. Makes 16 bars.
