Mizutaki sauce for hot pot

Ingredients

  • 6 Oz white sesame seed
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 1/2 soy sauce
  • 1/4 water
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • 1 egg (optional)

Preparation

Step 1

Blend all ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Optional egg makes the sauce creamier.
