- 1 1/2 C OIL
- 2 C FLOUR
- 1 t BAKING SODA
- 1 t BAKING POWDER
- 1 t CINNAMON
- 1/2 t SALT
- 2 TALL JARS CARROT BABY FOOD
- 1 STICK OLEO
- 1 8OZ CREAM CHEESE
- 1 t VANILLA
- 2 C 10X SUGAR
- CHOPPED WALNUTS

Preparation
Step 1
BEAT TOGETHER EGGS, SUGAR,AND OIL.ADD DRY INGREDIENTS. BEAT WELL. MIX IN BABY FOOD. BAKE AT 350* FOR 45 MINUTES. COOL.
FOR FROSTING, CREAM TOGETHER NEXT 3 INGREDIENT. ADD 10X SUGAR A LITTLE AT A TIME. ADD CHOPPED NUTS IF DESIRED. FROST CAKE WHEN COOLED.
