  • 2 squares unsweetened chocolate -- (1 ounce each)
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk -- (14 oz.)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
  • 1 container raspberry yogurt -- (8 oz.)
  • 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
  • fresh mint leaves, raspberries optional

Preparation

Step 1

Microwave chocolate in a 4 cup microwave safe measure on medium until melted, 1-2 minutes, stirring twice. Stir in milk, vanilla and peppermint extract. Microwave on high until chocolate mixture is bubbly, 2-3 minutes, stirring twice. Let cool completely.
Fold yogurt and 3/4 cup whipped cream into chocolate mixture. Pour into stemmed sherbert dishes; garnish with whipped cream, mint leaves and raspberries if desired
