Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons milk
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 jalapeno chiles, roasted, peeled, seeded and finely diced
Preparation
Step 1
Combine the cream cheese, milk and salt and pepper to taste in a food processor and process until smooth and fluffy. Scrape into a bowl and fold in the cilantro and jalapeño.
Use mortar and pestle instead of food processor for thicker consistency.
