RUM BALLS

  • 1 (8 1/2 oz) box of vanilla wafers
  • 1 c. icing sugar
  • 2 tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. finely ground walnuts
  • 1/2 c. light corn syrup
  • 1/4 c. rum
  • icing sugar

Preparation

Step 1

Crush vanilla wafters. Blend wafers, sugar, cocoa, waltnuts, syrup and rum. Dip hands into icing sugar and roll mixture into small balls. These have to ripen before freezing. Refrigerate in an airtight container.
