Ingredients
- 2 medium heads garlic, left whole
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Step 1
Cut tops off of the garlic heads and drizzle with olive oil. Roast garlic in 400 oven for 30 minutes.
Remove garlic from skins, mix with rest of ingredients.
