Latin American BBQ Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 3 , crumbled Knorr Garlic MiniCubes
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 tsp. ground cumin
  • 4 bone-in pork chops, 1-inch thick

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients except chops in a small bowl. Place chops and 1/2 of the mayonnaise mixture in a large, resealable plastic bag; toss to coat. Close bag and marinate in refrigerator 3 to 24 hours, turning occasionally. Refrigerate remaining mayonnaise mixture.

Remove chops from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill or broil chops until done, about 10 minutes, brushing frequently with remaining mayonnaise mixture and turning once.
